Essential Coaching Training, Part I

This course presents strategies, tools, and a framework for coaches to work with clients based on the current themes in their lives that they desire to change in a systemic way. It will focus on theory and practice with several different models and patterns that can be applied to both business and personal contexts.

Dealing with particular themes requires an evaluation of the elements, the "ecology" of the system as well as the focused patterns that can be carried out in one session.
